Universal tied bellows is a dual bellow but with an addition of tie rods. The tie rods are normally attached to the end of pipe or flanges with lugs that carry pressure thrust of the system. On top of this the tie bars also limit bellows movements. Although universal tied bellows eliminates main anchors, but it still requires well-planned guide system.
